How is Nocton doing?

I think my first report on the matter of Neighbourhood Planning was dated 20 October 2011. It is encouraging to see that Nocton Parish Council are now in the early stages of establishing a partnership with Potterhanworth Parish Council to prepare a neighbourhood plan.
